Who we are
WaveLooper is made by Jiří Dolinski, Zikova 2116/28, 628 00 Brno, Czech Republic, IČO 01142593. In these terms, "we" means him and "you" means the person using the app or this website.
Buying WaveLooper
Orders are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle takes the payment, charges the right sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt and licence key. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the purchase itself.
The price is shown before you pay. You pay once. There is no subscription.
Your licence
- You may use WaveLooper on the Macs you personally own or use.
- Everything you record and make with it belongs to you. We claim no rights to your music.
- Please don't share your licence key, resell it, or try to get around the licence check.
The free version
The free version is free to use for as long as you like, with the limits shown on this website. Buying unlocks the rest.
Updates
We fix bugs and release updates for the version you bought. A future major version may be a paid upgrade. If it is, we will say so clearly before you pay.
Refunds
See the refund policy.
No warranty
We work hard to make WaveLooper reliable, but it is provided "as is". Keep backups of recordings that matter to you. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost data or indirect damage. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
